- Railway project linked and deployed (blackroad-cloud-production.up.railway.app)
- Nginx serving on Alice (:8080), Cecilia (:8080), Lucidia (:8081)
- README updated with live test results across all platforms
- Removed Vercel in favor of Pi-based hosting
