Alexa Louise d6df2af1e9 Add full IAU 2000/2006 transformation chain for eclipse-path accuracy
- Enhanced TruthContract with ORIGIN field (barycentric/geocentric/topocentric)
- IAU 2000B nutation (10 largest terms, ~98% accuracy vs full 1365)
- IAU 2006 precession matrix
- Polar motion correction (xp, yp from IERS)
- Earth Rotation Angle (ERA) replacing simple GMST
- Full ECEF → GCRF transformation: [BPN] * [GAST] * [PM] * ITRF
- Light-time correction for apparent positions
- Atmospheric refraction (Bennett's formula)
- Eclipse geometry with shadow cone calculation
- Addresses time scale/frame/datum/origin typing requirements
