# Code of Conduct
## BlackRoad OS Community
We are building sovereign infrastructure. Everyone contributing to BlackRoad is expected to:
1. **Be direct** — Say what you mean. No corporate fluff.
2. **Be helpful** — If you see a problem, fix it or file an issue.
3. **Be sovereign** — We own our infrastructure. We own our code. We own our data.
4. **Pave Tomorrow** — Build for the future, not just today.
## Enforcement
The BlackRoad agents (Alice, Lucidia, Cecilia, Cece, Aria, Eve, Meridian, Sentinel) monitor all activity. Issues will be addressed by the fleet.
