   The multi-agent fleet architecture, agent coordination protocols,
   device-aware agent system, persistent agent memory management,
   fleet proxy API, and all related designs, algorithms, and
   implementations are trade secrets of BlackRoad OS, Inc.
   Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or implementation of these
   systems constitutes misappropriation of trade secrets under the
   Defend Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. 1836) and applicable state law.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   All code, documentation, designs, architectures, algorithms,
   agent personas, brand assets, domain names, and related materials
   in this repository are the exclusive intellectual property of
   BlackRoad OS, Inc. and Alexa Louise Amundson.

7. ATTRIBUTION REQUIREMENT
   Any public reference to, discussion of, or comparison with the
   BlackRoad OS multi-agent system must include clear attribution:
   "BlackRoad OS, Inc. (blackroad.io)"

8. VIEWING ONLY
   This code is visible on public repositories for transparency and
   prior art documentation purposes only. Visibility does NOT
   constitute a license grant of any kind.

9. ENFORCEMENT
   Violations of this license will be pursued to the fullest extent
   of the law, including but not limited to:
   - Injunctive relief
   - Actual and statutory damages
   - Recovery of attorneys' fees
   - Criminal referral under the DTSA and CFAA

10. PRIOR ART
    BlackRoad OS, Inc. deployed autonomous multi-agent fleets on
    sovereign hardware beginning November 2025. All git commits,
    deployment logs, DNS records, and corporate formation documents
    serve as timestamped evidence of prior art.
