- 51,211 commits YTD (was 5,937), 7.2M LOC (was 466K)
- 1,810 repos across 17 orgs (was 66+ repos, 15 orgs)
- 223 CLI tools (was 212), 101 CF Pages (was 99)
- 25 D1 databases (was 22), 47 KV namespaces (was 46)
- Added commits_ytd KPI to index strip, CTO and Tech Lead pages
- Pushed live data to KV store (45 metrics)
- Updated one-pager and master resume with verified numbers
