Built the "most advanced multi-agent AI collaboration system" for coordinating 1000+ Claude instances with governance protocol, policy enforcement, and verifiable identity.

Lead Engineer | 2024-Present

Built comprehensive operator CLI and deployment automation eliminating manual workflows across 12 Railway projects, 19+ domains, and edge mesh infrastructure.

• Authored 115 operator scripts (24,520 total LOC) for infrastructure automation, including universal CLI (blackroad-cli.sh, 6,784 LOC), progress tracking (blackroad-progress.sh, 23,630 LOC), and agent coordination (PP-OPS-001)
• Designed PS-SHA-∞ memory system with lock-free concurrent writes, nonce-based deduplication, and 438 append-only journal entries tracking infrastructure changes via immutable hash chain (PP-OPS-002)

Designed and deployed mesh infrastructure across 4+ Raspberry Pi devices with WebSocket agents, local DNS, and 3D printer orchestration.

• Deployed 4 Raspberry Pi nodes (alice-pi, lucidia.local, Octavia/Pironman Pi 5, secondary) with documented SSH keys, ed25519 fingerprints, and local DNS (*.local resolution) (PP-MESH-001)
• Created Pi mesh agent playbook for "rock-solid WebSocket agents" with DID-based identity, enabling mesh nodes to join network autonomously and self-heal (PP-MESH-002)
• Integrated OctoPrint 3D printer control on Octavia node (Pironman Pi 5) with remote slicing, job scheduling, and camera monitoring (commit 189d11b, Dec 26)
